Ever get that "I want to kill that person" feeling. That, clenched fist, teeth clenced. I want to see their bloob on my knuckles? I better settle down, my poodle just slunked past, felt my vibes.

Stephen Colbert said that; "Rage is just angry joy!"
and I'm not sure but I think a poodle is still worth more in the triple 20. |

Poodle in the bullseye is 50, but to start the game you have to aim at a red double 20. You can then explain you blood lust to the poodle, and he can explain to you how it felt to be used as a dart, if you really want him to, if you can hear that is, and that is no question, nor is the original nature you own, like your starving poodle. Now, shall I get into the Nirvana toss? Let's not rush, feed the dog, then yourself... the animal is you is crowing loud. |

"we don't live alone"
Oh yes, I'm quite aware of this. Especially when my cat whines at me at obscene hours of the morning to let her outside.
I don't suppose she sees the other as self. |

When you rage, rage hard. Rage as long as you can. You can not do it very long. When it it over ,let it be over. MU |

Awww, my cat is a really sweet creature. She just really likes to be outside. At least I don't have to clean a litterbox.
As for the 'I want to kill' type of rage. Yes I do experience that. In fact I'm feeling quite patricidal lately. |

I think that when it comes to Rage, you have to look it right in the face and really ask it why it is so angry. Listen to it, be kind to it. I think that when I slow down to listen to it, my Rage goes away. Dont ignore it. |

Rage is a form of desperation. And in being that, being in that state, one has to, can look through it, as in any delusion. Whether one is tired of that sense of meaning, what control it seems to convey as authority over weakness, determines the duration. One first has to admit to a feeling, a feeing of helplessness. Society does not reward helplessness, or real honesty, because it would prove that humans are more, than just animals, and less than gods, and not being comfortable with change, is the first step of awakening in all of us. |

Anger/rage is a destructive emotion related to hatred - inner noise, born of the illusion of separateness. The temptation is to become stuck in that negative emotion making reconciliation with oneself or with others very difficult. Accepting and befriending this 'enemy' involves listening to what the anger is saying about unsatisfied needs. There may be liberation in the paradox of expressing anger with love, the centre which lies beyond our perceived need to hurt others and ourselves, where forgiveness lives. |
