vertical line When the cause of depression is seen, the depression can be let go. The letting go is Love. It is a letting go of ego-centricity, the I, and receiving back, transformed by Love, the I am. If one wants to know truth then one has to do and be truth. The truth of meditation sees through the cause of depression. In this way, one is transformed from the wounded to a wounded healer, able to care for, and help others who suffer also.
