For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son

Lord Jesus, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life

On every Good Friday

Remember by Christians all over the world

Especially His death by crucification He suffered

Nobly at the hands of those He came to save

Cruel sinners they are, yet He bears their sins

Even when they drove the nails through His hands and feet

Today we repent and ask for forgiveness

As we remember Monday You rose from the dead

Nailed to the Holy Cross, your blood cleanses our souls

Getting rid of our dark spots and sins

Even willing to accept us into the heavenly Kingdom of God

Oh God, the Lord is my Shepherd

Knowing your presence is everywhere

Saviour is our Lord Jesus; great is the Love of God

On every occasion when we pray for His guidance

Observe and live according to God’s words in the Bible

Never will He leave you unaided
