TOPIC: WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO ALL THE NATURAL GIRLS? (OT) |
|
|

What ever happened to all the natural girls?
I see that girls at the pool and beach have to pierce their belly buttons and have crap hanging from it. They have charms on their shoelaces, charms hanging on their cell phones glued to their ears and a ring on every finger. Their 'cup cakes' are all plastic as well as their lips. If they don't silicone the breasts, then they are tattooed or nipples pierced.
Breasts don't need a damn thing to embellish them - they are perfect as is.
The girls pierce their genitals, have studs inside their mouths and noses. Tons of rings running up and down their ears. And many of them seem to have the sensitivity 'down there' of one that has been vibrating with belt sander.
I don't look at porno much, I'm not a prude, but being a sex addict I had to cut it out about 95% if I wanted any peace. But in the off chance I take a peek, the sex seems so artificial and the girl has to be choked at the end by the guy or slapped around and abused. It is really not a turn on any longer. It is like watching robots having sex.
(...) writes: "This girl I am with now wants me to put my hand around her neck and choke her...not even during sex - like when we kiss or before sex. Is this normal?"
I guess choking is a natural progression for search of higher highs for the insatiable sex addict. Same with all this external stuff that women grasp at seeking happiness - looking for inner fulfillment through outer possessions.
From: How to Want What You Have:
"People who dedicate their lives to the pursuit of sensual pleasure find that the more pleasure they get, the more they want. Small, ordinary pleasures soon lose their power to please and must be replaced with more intense or exotic ones. Heedless sensualists usually meet a bad end. They learn the hard way that their desires are relentless and insatiable."
Once in a while I see a nice, natural girl, without tons of makeup that exudes inner and outer beauty. Fresh pink skin, clean, plain and nicely groomed hair and dressed neatly. No, she is not a hot babe if one judges them by current trends, but she exhibits her 'hotness' in a way that seems to be lost nowadays...freshness and wholesomeness.
Now, I seldom get a chance to talk with these wholesome beauties, so I am judging them by externals. No doubt surface appearance is not reliable, and their inner beauty may not match their outer beauty, but at least it is a start in the right direction.

Isn't it rather the opposite: sex without desire is problematic and unnatural. Why should bodily desires be problematic for Buddhism? |

" ......... " .........
there are different kinds of desire. Purely sexual desire is rarely a good thing for any relationship. Desire based around a deep affection is believed to be pure by Buddhist standards
By that logic, having sex for the sake of physical release alone is not particulary good.
As for the natural girl comments earlier, I tend to agree. I find that we are less and less content with who we are naturally and find ourselves trying to embelish our physical attributes with inanimate objects. A shame really.... We are all blood and bones undereneath |

And No. Trust me. Those non-natural, non-pink-skinned *fresh pink skin, clean, plain and nicely groomed hair and dressed neatly. No, she is not a hot babe if one judges them by current trends, but she exhibits her 'hotness'*'object girls' don't want, need or require 'free access to your previous posts'. Believe me. |

I think you are not alone with your natural girl preference. Fashion does not necessarily represent the taste of men. At least I hope so.. |

So true, Stephen
It is the Grasping for the pleasure of sex... Desire dosen't satisfy... one can still desire the flower with out smelling it... all pleasure is just for the moment... impermantent... just as all pain/sadness/suffering is impermanant. I enjoy the smell of a rose, It will smell sweeter if I don't smell it as often...

what? it will smell sweeter? you all confuse me here... do you think the smeel of a flower depends upon your nose? or your spacing of times between? beautiful thought but.... |

To my nose the rose smells sweet... to yours maybe not as sweet... to someone else's nose... repugnant... or maybe sweeter still to another's.
Grasping for the pleasure... is sometimes what makes the smell rancid. I was using a metaphor...
Metta to All :-)
PS>>> A bouquet is as many as pleases the reciever... Maybe none... |

metaphor= An idea that tickles the mind... (comparing sex to a flower) I thought, at one time in my life, that the more "bouquets" the better, or Maybe having many different flowers made for a better "bouquet" (sniff)
Metta to all... :-)
Hmmm......
Metta-four......
