All conditioned things are transient
Buddha taught the four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path
Cause-and-effect is what you sow you shall reap
Death is not the end; the cycle of Rebirth takes place
Enlightenment is awakening to the Truth
Faith in Doctrine, the Order, the Path and the Method
God does not control the destinies of all beings
Hell is a woeful state where beings atone for their sins
Ignorant does not know of things as they truly are
Jealousy leads to unhealthy rivalries and dangerous competitions
Knowledge acquired orally, by thought, by meditation and by contemplation
Loving kindness towards all beings to soften their hearts
Mindfulness contemplating the body, the feelings, the states of mind and the dhammas
Nibbana is non-conditioned, is eternal, desirable and happy
Origin of Life is inconceivable in the beginning of this Samsara
Purpose of Life is about understanding of oneself as one really is through cultivation
Quieten the mind through meditation
Rebirth in the human form is hard to come by
“Strive on with diligence” were the last words of the Buddha
Tathagatas are only teachers who hath thus come and gone
Understand life-flux continues as long it is fed with ignorance and craving
Vinaya rules are meant as the way of life for its followers
Wheel of Life, the process of rebirth consist of twelve interdependent causes and effects
X-factor, Samadhi is one-pointedness of the mind through concentration
Yield not hearsay, tradition, rumours, and scriptures depend not on others but oneself
Zen is a form emphasizing value of meditation and intuition.
