I am sick; the Buddha, the

Dharma and the Sangha

are my medicines.

I suffer because of my

ignorance, anger, delusion

and attachments.

I can become well through

mindfulness, concentration,

wisdom and ethics.

The cure of my illness is

called liberation.

I can achieve pure health by

being compassionate to all.
