TOPIC: -TIMING-OPENING |
Posted on Aug.19.2007 @ 08:51AM EDT by Woodsman
there is a kind of sound, a kind of listening to what is, different than any other sound it is the kind of sound which has with it a timing of listening, a timing for things to line up and for thoughts to quiet down, a resting place, a giving tree, of one hand to another of what is really needed
and some of you will not accept this some will criticize, for whatever reason, but also in that, there is a timing, for reception
listening has to do nothing, but be heard in all things, all time, opens, to whatever comes, to whatever sound, as things settle down, and are made, in peace and quiet

Between sleeping and waking I saw the entrance to a tomb, or so I was told. There was someone in front of me and someone behind me - I presume there was also someone in front of the front and behind the behind, and although I could hear them and feel them there, I couldn't see them. Anyway, the one in from must have gone inside because the entrance now presented itself directly to me. It was cut into the rock and a soft yellow light emanated from within. For some reason unknown to me, I struck a huge match, observed it flare and carefully followed the blue smoke inside. The one behind said, "What are you doing?" but I just ignored him and carried on. I felt distinctly uneasy and queasy throughout. There was a bench along the wall to the left so I sat down next to the one in front but still couldn't really see who it was. Then as my eyes became accustomed to the light I saw a little crib with what looked like a doll inside, about 12 inches in length. I thought, "Oh, it's not so bad, the flesh seems to be covered with a doll body, like little ceramic hands." As I looked around, I became aware that were dozens of these little cribs scattered all over what I soon realised was a big crib with a big body in it. I knew it was human even though I couldn't see it properly, because of its contours beneath the covers. It was tucked up, like in bed and all these little cribs were placed on and around it. Then from somewhere deeper out of the murky light, in hushed tones, a voice said, "The silence of the dead, a day old." This was repeated by the one in front right next to me, "The silence of the dead, a day old." Then, a different voice, crystal clear, calm and authoritative not syrupy sweet, in perfect pitch, whispered in my ear, or so I had at first thought, but as the words sounded I realised the voice was coming from inside me: "I'm sorry, did my prediction frighten you?"

ok, well there it is. Some meat eaters won't eat tongue because it's been in an animal's mouth. And I knew a ratcatcher who caught ratcatcher's yellows on a regular basis from all the bites - he liked to boast that he had developed a degreee of immunity to the disease before cancer got him in the throat and throttled him. |
