time dont exist. it is a condtioned aspect of the earth revolving around the sun and the earth turning on its axis. if we lived on mars and it turned on its axis every 36 hours and revolved around the sun every 400 days the conditioning would be changed. which is correct. the universe has no time.
Always annoyed when some dude are whimsing back and forth trough time in the movies. As I see it, traveling back in time would mean all atoms, particles, etc. coming to an abrubt stop, for so to go backwards along the exact pattern they`ve traveled.
today is a work night, so, I do my 12.3 miles on the stationary bike, sweating down my t-shirt till it's soaked, and my beard is getting really, ah, nasty.
then i go for the 3.5 mile walk with the doggies, on the back roads, hardly ever see anybody, but today there is this woman walking across from me, wearing white, i pick up the little white dog as we say, "hello" she smiles, and from behind me, quietly rides a guy on a bike.

we all pass at the same time, at the same place
it's almost as if it was planned, but not
something is happening here

So weird ....Woods your observations are profound and enlightening .....Ive had these very same feelings ....so weird ....the moments i mean not you of course ...but then again i have never met you and can make no judgment on someone Ive never met .....
Ballad of a Thin Man Lyrics Artist(Band):Bob Dylan
You walk into the room With your pencil in your hand You see somebody naked And you say, "Who is that man?" You try so hard But you don't understand Just what you will say When you get home
Because something is happening here But you don't know what it is Do you, Mister Jones?
You raise up your head And you ask, "Is this where it is?" And somebody points to you and says "It's his" And you say, "What's mine?" And somebody else says, "Where what is?" And you say, "Oh my God Am I here all alone?"
But something is happening And you don't know what it is Do you, Mister Jones?
You hand in your ticket And you go watch the geek Who immediately walks up to you When he hears you speak And says, "How does it feel To be such a freak?" And you say, "Impossible" As he hands you a bone
And something is happening here But you don't know what it is Do you, Mister Jones?
You have many contacts Among the lumberjacks To get you facts When someone attacks your imagination But nobody has any respect Anyway they already expect you To all give a check To tax-deductible charity organizations
You've been with the professors And they've all liked your looks With great lawyers you have Discussed lepers and crooks You've been through all of F. Scott Fitzgerald's books You're very well read It's well known
But something is happening here And you don't know what it is Do you, Mister Jones?
Well, the sword swallower, he comes up to you And then he kneels He crosses himself And then he clicks his high heels And without further notice He asks you how it feels And he says, "Here is your throat back Thanks for the loan"
And you know something is happening But you don't know what it is Do you, Mister Jones?
Now you see this one-eyed midget Shouting the word "NOW" And you say, "For what reason?" And he says, "How?" And you say, "What does this mean?" And he screams back, "You're a cow Give me some milk Or else go home"
And you know something's happening But you don't know what it is Do you, Mister Jones?
Well, you walk into the room Like a camel and then you frown You put your eyes in your pocket And your nose on the ground There ought to be a law Against you comin' around You should be made To wear earphones
'Cause something is happening And you don't know what it is Do you, Mister Jones?
it felt so good leaving work this morning i love an empty parking garage on cold saturdays when the beard is not itching to stay inside and itch to grow outward toward home the girls have a gleeful eye looking at it, my face emerging as a backdrop for an animal awareness
Invest in a white wolf? If U wear thighs, U can bring em on a passenger plane in the cabin for free and shit! As long as they don't nibble on the other passengers off ource. And U probably never read the phantom and I am on my way to bed. G`night (or morning)
Considering the fact that humans made up the concept of time, basing it off of our own planet, would it be justifiable to say that time did not exist? Given that evolution is true, there couldn't have been a concept of time at the beginning of the universe, because there were no people to create the idea of time. If you really think about it, time is something that's pretty new, considering the idea that humans, with cognitive ability, only came into existence about 100,000 years ago. My question is, is this a valid idea, or has time just always existed? Everything we see is really what we make of it. Thus, throughout the universe, time really isn't a constant, because different planets have different days, years, etc. But in all that I've read about theories of the beginning of the universe, they're always centered around the beginning of time. There's always an age for everything, but, maybe, could time not exist? Could it be some sort of concept that we, as humans, cannot live without, like, for many of us, God? Or is it one of those things in the universe that have to exist, like gravity? Pretty much, my question is, is this a valid idea, or am I just some rambling idiot?
No, you're not a rambling idiot, but you are confusing physical time with perceived (or social) time. The days, minutes etc that have been invented by various cultures (and often differed) are *measurements* of time. They did not invent time itself. It makes no sense to say we could live without time. Without time the universe would not work.
their is arguements for and against the aspect of time. dont forget time is a referance point. so time dont exist in the void of space. their is only nowness.
am I allowed 2 answers? 1- Time, like all else, is relevant. Only exist when compared to something else. Einstein's space-time relevancy showed us - truth is also relevant. 2 - Only one moment, only one place, only one thing - no time , no where, nothing
