What is your virtue? How would you show it with people around you?
P.S.:
Don't say, "I don't know what virtue is," or "I don't have virtue," or "I don't have to show it with any people," and the like...

somewhere there is a peie about our roles..and knowning them...even in our dreams.. but this roles can be anything, right? softness...understanding,caring, quiet, peaceful, warm :) loving, gentle, ..... :) gassho cared for oh my.....oh I do not know what happening, but is so beautiful |

With attention and care, one can grow a plant for flowers or fruits. This may take a period of time and have some flowers or leaves.
Without attention and care, one just let grasses grow. They will grow very fast and spread over wherever they can. |

1 a. to a standard of right. b : a particular moral excellence
2 plural : an order of angels — see CELESTIAL HIERARCHY
3 : a beneficial quality or power of a thing
4 : manly strength or courage : VALOR
5 : a commendable quality or trait : MERIT
6 : a capacity to act : POTENCY
7 : chastity especially in a woman
This is a very hard question. To be Virtuous one must be attached to ones ego.
Maybe this: I observe the five precepts they are virtuous, not because I am virtuous. MU |

where is honor? I thought for sure honor would be on the list, sens it came up so many times. laying last night before sleep..wondered what was meant by this "virtue" wanting a definition...and here it is. Thank you |

Good or bad, he is his thought speech & behaviour... no more no less... they are what he is to himself & his surroundings...
However, if there is any possibly opportunity at all, I will always like or wish to pay more attention & care to my intention mindfully...
So long as I am mindfully & comfortably enough about ownself daily proper living life with similar atention & care or concern to others or the surroundings... why should I bother to show or please anyone at all? |
