vertical line Meditation, sitting, standing, flying and lying hasn't got anything to do with anything. No practical application for self-improvement, useless for analysis, therapy or diversion because it erases the self. It's no good for developing the mind either because it dissolves the mind. It's nothing. Meditation? What's it good for? Huh! Nothing! It's good for nothing.
