i had a out of body experience while living with my mother. ive asked her quite a few times if she lied or not. she dont want to talk about it.

seems i left my body and had a encounter by opening doors and running down a flight of stairs.

freaked my mother out for days.

im just here to say.

the soul exists if nothing else. i dont know much if their is a god or not.

you make no sense.

thinking is ok.

thoughts arise. we neither surpress or endorse such thoughts. they come and go.

we pay attention to our breathing in meditation. this is it. this is all. their is nothing to get. nothing to understand except the life youve always lived.

their is NOTHING wrong with thinking.

I talk in a strange language in my sleep.  My ex's were all going to put a tape recorder by the bed so that I could hear it too, but we never got around to it.

My Mom came into my room once when I was a kid, and she said I propped up on one elbow and talked for about 20 minutes in a strange language.  She said she thought it sounded Asian, but she couldn't really tell.

My brother got into one of my dreams once.  I didn't like that, which pleased him no end, since he is an older brother.

But then I realized that he couldn't get there unless Buddha put him there, so I accepted it and asked him if there was anywhere that he would like to go, or anything he would like to see.  Given his bent for history, I thought he might like to go see the games at the Colloseum, or witness the crucifixion.

Then he got scared and woke up.  So I woke up too, and noted the time and date.

About a week later I was visiting him, and congratulated him on getting into one of my dreams.  He said, "You mean that shit really happened?!"  We compared notes on the time and date and they matched.

i wont say no to that.

unless buddha put him there eh?
