In the USA we have a phenomenon called a Monday Morning Quarter Back. He can not throw the ball, run or play the game but he has an opinion one everybody else’s performance and decision making processes. He has a comment on everything. He knows what should have happened and what should happen. He takes the situations out of context and is super critical.
No pays any attention to this chap because he does not play the game. He may know some rules but he has no feel for or appreciation for the game. He does not practice or participate. He only makes noise. MU
