Running away from emptiness i do.
accepting emptiness.
emptiness = awareness
emptiness reflects the world.
all thoughts come from emptiness.
all words come from emptiness.
relaxing into emptiness i do.
introverted.
hard to breathe.
the attention is focused on emptiness now.
this awareness is supreme.
emptiness equates the soul.
it fills my body.
what more will i see?
easy to breath now.
theirs nothing more to grasp here.
be love. dont look for it.
it is what it is.

Love is the watering we give one other each days of are lives. It fills are mine with the understanding of who we are to one other. If you run away. you are missing all the love in life. And can't acespt the real you. For love to work it's got to flow to ocean to ocean. mine to mine. Heart to heart. If one can't love he or she needs to look at the evil in there life. Hmmm.. Be love.. would rather say "give love and you`ll receive love" or something. Make sure a change in attitude not just based on something jesus said or whatever:) But from you're self realizing and understanding of what is best for you.
May acceptance of self (and others) rather than "trying to change" ourself (or others) be a way to true change? Who knows and who cares, I know I don`t. U`re a kind person Shayne! Accept you`re self just as you are, nothing special about it:)
Oh, and be a light to darkness, yadda, yadda, bla, bla:)

Oh, just to confuse, the name of the game is Zen. For me it relates to more of beeing minfull of letting go, toughts feelings, experiences. Experience life detached, to even be able to have unpleasant feelings with kinda joy, as em` just passing right trough.
Nothing important.. then we can then let go of the toughs.. and listen to to the voice instead. Or music. Once experiensed snowfilled hills and ski slopes on a sunny winter day. Something nice I might have missed out on, had I chosen not to listen to the story instead. Just that. Try it, be 100% mindfull next time someone speaks, and see for you`re self. |
