All is One. Therefore, one is all without needing another one to change into, duality.
This Oneness, or All, doesn't manifest through a desire for action or activity, but is witnessed through one's own experiences, of suffering, until all suffering is realized as borne, within compassion... a sacred letting, a being with and is in all. This openness connects us to, and with, One sound, or soundless awareness manifest in All, without cause.
Now, I have to wash my mouth out with some coffee, or just did.

Well, my mum's operation for breast cancer went well - then 6 weeks of radiotherapy an apparent success. 70 years old today and engaged to be married.
Mum-in-law has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. Her son has become her husband and she often asks for her mummy. |

And an innocent spontaneity, like in that of a child, who is free of conditioning to "know", or learn of, other than intuit. The openness of children itself serves as an example of a vulnerable and vast innocence. I write vulnerable, because the condition from which innocence arises is, or can be fragile, and that fragile nature of intuition is discouraged in most adults, because we are trained to behave a certain way, like sheep. Like wolves actually. Sheep or wolves... same thing, each one is, an arising from the one source.
But a conscious human acceptance, a questioning, of consciousness, gives rise to a spontaneous, beautiful creation of valuable insight. And squelching insight, is not the path, if what begins in innocence is to translate into adult experiences of the ineffable domain, arising from. And I have found that I can't give it away, compassion can set the stage though, and one can witness the rebirth of innocence from there, but also the struggle of denial. Some have said that the heightened sense of neurosis is a fertile ground in which energy can be transformed through the chakras. But again, I'd have to get back to the main point of openness to utilizing energy over thoughts, or at least an awareness of both. Thoughts and energy do coincide together in awareness, the multidimensional field of awareness. To speak of it, write of it encourages validation, but first the openness must be the ground from which realization arises, that in itself requires a form of guidance. And where that guidance comes from is the unknown, so we focus to work in the now, which arises from the unknown.
