P'ang Yun (740-808) was a well known Chinese Zen Layman.
He was once selling bamboo baskets. Coming down off the a bridge, he stumbled and fell.
When Ling-chao saw this she ran to her father's side and threw herself down.

Why/why not?

time is of the devil.

read a old timer in the newspaper say that once.

i agree.

time is a man made contruct. using referance points.

( the universe ) is was and always will be.

the past is dead.

theirs something about having no time.

the fleeting moment opens up and becomes an ever expansive nowness.

then its not so fleeting.

it becomes all.

What-if questions, upper-lip service to 8 folded no maras, plenty asura - redneck zen, the devil's second greatest achievement.

Did Jesus ever say that he had never sinned?

What is a sin?

Where does the potter place the handle on the pot?

Did Jesus ever stand on an ant?

Is what Jesus started responsible for many injustices, wars, mass deaths, hatred, division, pedofilia and so on.

Would not the son of god have foresight?

If so, what the hell is the go here????????????????????????????????????

You all and your Jesus.

Too scared to be honest.

vertical line Not to put too fine a point on it, you seem to be confusing Jesus with Christianity or more precisely, Churchianity.

Jesus belongs to Christians. Simple as that.

I cant separate Jesus from Christianity, Churchianity, Pedofilia, Stupidity and more.

That’s what it is.

You never ever knew Jesus so you do not know anything about him other than what you have heard.

Believe nothing of what you hear and half of what you see, is the proverb.

And ‘believe’ is a word that you need to take particular notice of here. It doesn’t sound like ‘know’.

I see Zenists  trying to separate Jesus from Christianity  when it was Christianity that brought Jesus to them.

Association to what and what the hell for?

Hold on, hold on, hold on to God

And not the ways of the world

CLING to Jesus, his life-line

It will salvation bring.

A buddhist speaks of buddha, hoping for a pure land.

A christian speaks of christ, hoping for salvation and heaven.

A zenist speaks with a belly full of full belly.

Deep down, those who associate with or attach to jesus fear death for they have not yet really understood death from a zen awakening.

Where is the death in is?
