vertical line I agree. debate leads us to nowhere. We learn little or nothing from it. I believe its paying attention to others and hearing their oppinions and life experience that really enlightens. Lets not argue, instead let us share our gifts of knowledge and ignorance.

As that great philosopher Bill Clinton pointed out, "That all depends on what your definition of 'is' is.

His mistake was in saying, "I did not have sexual relations with that woman."

He should have said, "I categorically and emphatically deny ever having had sex with that woman."

Then his statement would have been true, since he did indeed deny it.
