'Contemplating reality' is based on a delusional assumption that there is a reality,

or worse yet that there must be a reality,

or even worse yet that there is some underlying reality that is hidden from us.

Everything that you experience is real to you.  This is all that is needed.  It does not matter what is experienced by others, or even if there are others to experience.

'Contemplating reality' is like an animal chasing its own tail.
