One should not imagine oneself to be one with the eye or
independent of it or the owner of it.
The same with ear and all the other senses, including the mind.
Nor should one imagine oneself to be identical with the world or

focus on the incoming and outgoing breaths. let all thoughts come and go. dont surpress your thinking. the point is not to attach to your thoughts. to be a thoughtful person is good.

nothing beyond this.

the breathing is it and the focusing.

nothing to learn beyond this.

at least..........nothing to be gained.

the mind is the guiding light.

use it wisely.

find the truth yourself.

good advice

if you find your mind wandering, bring it back to center and focus again on your breathing

like in tennis where you are constantly returning to center

the mind tends to gravitate to working on personal problems, so it is normal, especially at first, to have to bring it back to center
