Then he left him to go to many other places for more Zen enquiry.
However, he could not find any place that fitted him.

The paradox.....that nothing is everything....

The truth is a paradox.... not to get caught up in the words

Isnt it?

vertical line Existence and nothingness are ideas.

If I guy were to be honest he'd understand that he's never seen anything but what's in front of him.

HA!  I was unclear, sorry.  I think I probably did try not to exist at sometime when LSD was flowing freely in my life.  And then I might actually have succeeded, but only temporarily.

No, I've tried to have other things and people not exist, in a very tree falling in the woods kind of way.  No so much consciously at the time.

My mother always said, about my brother,  "Just ignore him and he'll go away."

Existence as such has no meaning.Neither is it meaningless.Meaning is irrelevant to existence.There is no goal existence is trying to achieve.There is nowhere it is going.It simply is.    Osho

Concentrate your whole energy here now.Pour it in this moment,with totality,with as much intensity as you can manage.And that moment you will feel life. Osho

A meditation of: How delusions are developed

A Commentary on Valid Cognition:

For those beyond craving for existence

Karma cannot precipitate another birth

Because the attendant causes have been destroyed.

Also:

[But] if one has craving,

It will happen again.

there we go...

Hahah

just a piece i found to suit the right occasion

That also says:

You know people as "others" because you have a self;

You grasp at the pair-self and other-and become hostile.

These are completely related;

All misdeeds derive from them.

just goes to show you why Buddhas 'no self' view corrected so many behaviors

:)
