TOPIC: ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS DOES!?? |

i a currently reading a book and it has a part in it where this guy talks to a buddha and gets advice to help him with a condition he has. The buddha tells him to stand on his head for three minutes a day and it will reverse his condition. My question being, I have seen movies where monks do this, standing on their head, but does it really do anything!? Has anyone tried or read into it? Im just curious on what you think as I will do my own research on the side. Thank you.

I don't know about entertainment of showing off you will decide. But it worked to get a big influx of blood to my brain (via gravity) and focused for exams. |
