TOPIC: HOW? TO DEFRAGMENT YOUR BODY AND MIND? |

Many years? ago, my Zen teacher looked at my messy desk, piled up with
papers, and offered only six words: "This desk, your mind - the same."
Humble bow to this great teacher, working everyday for all beings,
selfless - just asking "how may I help you" in a world filled with ego
and attachment. I am grateful.
How? to Defragment your Body and Mind? search Defrag Your Mind in 5
steps on Google
search Even A Heart Needs Defragging on a search engine
this is all starting to make sense now where judaism (i.e. the
pharoahs stiffened heart), paganism, the rainbow, family, and
schizophrenia meet, the heart, the heart was becoming fragmented more
and more, i was finding places of connection others did not see (which
previously had been connected but it was shifted as if by a great
energy earth quake, but not an earth quake, a meme quake), they were
moving on their own, meeting people who were partly inside of the
computer and partly in this world, it was causing a rift in the flow
of information between the two, but through defragmenting at every
level, the difference would seem less, and it would move away from
distinctions based on some name label and closer to groups forming not
by name but by essential characteristics and qualities, not that
families cannot exist but we should never become groups only focused
on our families fighting other families, thats not how it works, there
is always melding together, just like no one is completely
schizophrenic or completely a psychologist, they always has some
degree of integration, and being winkte, i was faced with the
challenge of bringing attention back to that and melting down the
rigidity, adding the water to the earth element so things can maintain
their form and yet also be harmonious and adaptable to the ever
changing reality of our environments, but without total permanent ego
destruction, which would make us all zombies, which no one wants.
plur, still raving!

A boss of mine said that someone had commented on his desk saying, *If a cluttered desk is the sign of a cluttered mind, then what is the sign of an empty desk.*
Instantly it came to me, and I said, *A clear head*.
He said, *I like that !!*
I kinda shrugged. I wasnt trying to kiss his ass, I didnt even like him. I just said what came to mind. And then I cleaned up my desk. |
