I was reading some articles about how u guys have loads of brand new modern guillotines on some of u military bases. Apparently there was a media release of a electrocution execution (like the one in green mile to garner public opinion to change the method of execution.(strange because executions are not recorded on camera so a 'leaked' video is basically propaganda) ) Thus the guillotines and there is supposed direct lobbying to change the laws. Now the thing is why would a modern country use these things ? The reason (as stated on gov docs) is organ collection (as they do in china). in the gov doc I read it mentions many prisoners have stated a urge to donate organs but the electrocution and lethal injection damages them.
I am interested to hear what u guys have read or heard? I was waiting for you to mention it shayne. Because it relates to the whole Marshall law thing. (oh and another thing here is that those boxcars FEMA has ordered have guillotines in them, so the story goes)
