To me currently , Love = greed = desire=emotions=compassion=will=ego.......etc is all polluted energy that attached to me .
I cant find any common sense on what is reality except the process of releasing own polluted energy towards purity / emptiness ...the only natural / truth is the PROCESS towards emptiness and known to me as Buddhism.

In my current understanding , is a natural process that cant be planned or stop to all beings regardless living or non-living .......each being is releasing its polluted energy towards emptiness but some beings in this process developed more polluted energy along the process .............understanding the concept of Buddhism by being awake is like taking a highway ...less suffering / shorter journey .........

has patience, is kind; is not envious, is not vain, is not puffed up; does not behave indecently, does not seek her own, is not easily provoked, thinks no evil. does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices in the truth, quietly covers all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
in samsara world, we have muddle love.

You could practice just sitting and watching your breathing, if you want to see "nothing" and be free from emotions. Remember to keep your back straight and your eyes open.

Sorry esoteric , I am not being negetive but "freedom from emotion' or looking into "nothing' is NEVER out from any desire or a wish ...........in my current common sense the intention to see " nothing" or to be free from emotions is actually resulted and originated from a desire , an emotions so how can it be possible to ' see" into nothing or to be free from emotion if we still practicing emotions ? Is emotion in action ......we are entertaining our desire never free of it .............
but thanks anyway for your advice and concern.

Yes it may looks like that or even sometimes I wish to be like that ....but is impossible to be in emptiness NO MATTER how much one wish to be or determine to be . Emptiness is NEVER a choice or could be resulted from a planning or desire , emptiness is a condition after a PROCESS of realization , acceptance so I am currently accept this .

That is why in Zen, we only sit and look, and practice the art of having no intention.
There are many stories and teachings in Zen about how foolish it is to sit zazen with the desire to become enlightened. It's like being in Chinese finger cuffs. The harder you pull on it, the tighter the trap becomes.
Practice begins with desire. Practice continues with effort and faith. But as practice progresses, one suddenly discovers the art of LETTING GO.
No desire. No effort. No need for faith.

Perhaps Buddhism is to understand why to have desire to sit .............not to have " no intention" but is to understand the " no" or " the yes" intention and free of it ...and freedom of knowing it ........ ......... |

I don't have a pot to piss in.
Jollity, follytie.
Red sky at night, shepherd's house alight; to be a rock and not to roll 10 ways to hang on to your reality in retirement because no leg is too short to reach the ground; when you can toke the pobble from my hind it is tame for you to cleave. |

Just one of the lies, a little one of all the many little lies at that.
But thats okay, its all been quite an adventure, and still is.
Whats real, what Isnt ? Whats true, what isnt ? I dont care.
It all is whatever It is being. Things as It is.
