What I experienced as the living truth would be that which I know of and remember as the Spirit Itself. The universal consciousness, God, or whatever name suits you. The One. My father called it The We.
In my visionary experiences, astral travels, I have even seen Jehovah bow to it (which is when I realized that Jehovah is not God, but rather that Jehovah loves and serves God).
But I know that is all made up stuff that has come to me out of the nothingness that can be anything, and for me that is what it is being.
For you maybe something else. As long as you understand that it really doesnt matter, it could be anything.

That was a mantra that my second teacher gave to me.
Gate gate para gate para sam gate gate bodhi svaha
He was a more of a pop culture type of guru
But, if you look into the truth of the monks who really use this mantra then you see ...
Anyway, pop culture was closer to someone offering candy to kids to lure them into the cult.
Wait, what was I speaking of???? ... hahaha
