"No other form do I know, O monks, that so persists in obsessing the mind of a man as the form of a woman.
The form of a woman persists in obsessing the mind of a man.

I understand what you are trying to express but no. Just because the tummy does not think (which is what you are trying to suggest) it is much happier then the mind (because the mind is encumbered by thoughts all day long). Happy is he who has seen mind and accepted it. (not trying to deny it)
