Im not sure what people mean by attention.

People talk about paying attention.  But to me that is a *doing*.  I prefer *not-doing*.

I do understand *not-doing*, which I would also phrase as *just-being*.

Paying attention to going to the fridge to get a piece of fruit is not the same thing to me

as just-being going to the fridge to get a piece of fruit.

Its like the difference between an action verb and a state-of-being verb.

Paying attention is an action.  Maybe attention in itself is just a state-of-being.

Cheese !!  I just remembered some cheese i have in the fridge !!

I am being going to the fridge to get some cheese, please !!

ha ha !!  Ive only fallen once so far, due to orthotic hypotension.  Sudden drop in blood pressure.  I have to remember to sit on the edge of the bed for a minute or two before getting up. 

Like an EMT friend said, its a problem that fixes itself.  As soon as you fall down the blood can reach your head again, and all is well.

I saw an old timer fall like a tree in the hotel lobby one day.  His head sounded like a coconut falling out of a tree when he hit. 

In my one case of falling, I had gotten up too quickly when the phone rang, because I was expecting a call.  It was some charity or something so I hung up and went on to the bathroom.  Standing there taking a leak I blacked out and fell into the bathtub.

I must have hit my head on the faucet because I woke up face down in the tub with the water running, the hot water at that.  Hadnt been too long, the water was still running cold and hadnt backed up too much.  I suppose I might have drowned if I hadnt come to.
