When a monk was traveling on the road, he met an old woman, and asked:
-I would like to know which way that leads to Chao-chou, would you please give me the direction?
The old waman replied:
-Just go straight, don't make any... continue...

It is Better to go to Hell than go to Heaven

My experience in Zen is that Zen practice taught me to go to Hell.
So I think Zen does not teach you to go to Heaven. Rather it Zen teach you to go to Hell.

Well don't get me wrong but before I practiced Zen I was already in heaven. But then heaven was boring so I needed to practice Zen. But I think Zen brought me to Hell...lol

Did Zen practice brought you to greatness and heaven?
