TOPIC: TWO MODES OF SLEEP |
|
|
 |
Posted on Nov.08.2012 @ 09:54AM EDT by shayne
there are those that when they sleep just simply widen the minds eye...the attention...and fall asleep.
then there are those that have to wait to be tired. they focus on their tiredness and it overcomes them.
hmmmm.
someone once said....sleep the dreamless sleep.
non attachment with the first. attachment with the second. and to HER.
the one others have twisted...mother nature.
children and some adults dont need coffee to wake up. they just do.
if you believe your cough cough...puke puke....your subconscious controls your dreams well they will.
nightmare upon nightmare i have had.
no more.
oh yeah....the subconscious belief is another way for her in.
so detach.
now.

Dreams are a part of life. A real part of life, if not a part of real life.
Dream vs Reality. Are dreams real ?
They are when you are in them. The memory of them is as real as any other memory.
To me, a vision is when you are dreaming and you know you are dreaming. They are usually more clear than a usual dream, and have sustained continuity, while dreams are more *wavy*, so to speak.
Yet normal dreams have a purpose too. I think they are the subconscious trying to tell you something, and may be hard to figure out. Often I dont get them figured out until what they are trying to tell me has occurred, and then I think, *Oh, so thats what that dream was about.*

Period? Your reality is a fixed idea, a mental habit based on prejudice. |
