If your Zen Teacher hit you on the head what does it mean?
He can hit you with an stick or just say some phrase to hit you on the head. What does it mean?
It means: Stay put...like when you train your dog.. stay put...lol
What do you think?

I don't have a dog but if I did, I wouldn't hit him over the head with a stick because it's cruel. Next question leo lol . |

Keep going, and one day there will be no stick, and nothing that can be hit by it.

I was hit plenty of times by Chon Tri. He was a good friend.
Been hit by plenty of others too. All good friends, whether they know it or not.

Angry people in Zen forums can be great bodhisattvas and teach us exactly what we need to know.
Angry people in other places...it might be a good idea to avoid them. :-)
