I cannot define Zen. I cannot say what it is, or what it is not.
It is more of a feeling to me than a thought or concept.
When I stop thinking, and let out a deep breath,
at the end of the breath, before taking another one,
that is when I feel Zen the most.
A sort of suspended animation, not thinking, not even breathing,
still a part of it all, just being.
