Its all illusion, except that which you believe in, which is delusion.
But that is not about the illusions we create in our minds, as we create imaginary hypothetical problems and then solve them, in a what-if kind of way.
Its about the nature of the universe being infinitely variable, and eternal, to the effect that that which It is being now is just one of an unlimited number of possibilities, the one present at the moment, and only for a moment.
So then what do you need to create illusions with your small mind for, when the great mind is creating one all around you ? Especially if you are missing the big one while absorbed in all your little illusions ?
Dad used to get so angry when taking us on trips, chastizing us for *missing all the scenery*. We would be in the back seat fighting, my brother and I, or reading a book, or napping. Later in my teen years I would be just plain stoned. And all the while, all the great scenery was just passing me by. |
