I like the living in the present. It's sooo much better than living in the future, cuz, like, well... maybe I'm mistaken? |

I really am very new to all this, I have a freind who has been nudging me for a few years (I realise this now!) showing me Allan Watts videos which i found very fascinating but couldn't seem to grasp the complete concept until very recently when I was watching a movie someone made about meeting Eckhart Tolle and Wham it hit me, I became acutely aware of that voice in my head! it was a very profound experience. Since then I have been practicing finding the stillness between thoughts and watching my thoughts as they come. Finding it relatively simple to do when I am alone, but oh boy putting that concept into practice when I am surrounded by others...i need a lot more help and practice!

Past, present & future are different names for the same illusion. |

Practicing Zazen will help you become mindful and live more in the present moment.
