vertical line By following the eightfold path ... haha
Right thinking
Right livelihood
Right speech
Right action
Right understandings
Right mindfulness
Right concentration
Right effort

Or you can practice sitting in perfection as in Zazen
The rest will follow as you put right effort,
right understand comes ... then you are right thinking
So, now you must have right livelihood, right actions follow,
right speech, right concentration makes for right mindfulness

hahaha .. right mindfulness bring about right effort and so on and so on ...

vertical line Thought is naming. There is only experience. No experiencer. No experienced. That is psychologically you are one with experience when naming has stopped, altogether beyond, that is that, and you go on using your feelings in place of your thoughts to respond at the meditative level.

vertical line Dont be, youre next!

(Sorry, just kidding (I guess:), in the Snorre saga there is a story of this Viking dude that chopped the head of a slave working bent over in his field. When his companion asked why he did that, the response was "he stood in a good chopping position:)

.........lol true....the tv will keep talking...I do experience meditation as a form of listening, weather it is 'listenining’ to my thoughts or lack of, my body,my hands, my eyes.Or listening to a person. As if all these sense are a symphony and I am gently listening for every nuance.
