Different winds come from all directions. Some are clear, some carry dust,
some are cold or hot, fierce gales or gentle breezes. In the same way
sensations arise in the body...
continue...
Unconcerned with why one gives. Unconcerned with that without. Unconcerned with results. Unconcerned with name and form. Unconcerned with real or apparent. Unconcerned with what is Almighty. Unconcerned with words or letters. Unconcerned with time and circumstance. Unconcerned with what is Truth. Unconcerned with love or emptiness.
" ......... Yes the cause of suffering is mental diarrhea..

I think even those who claim they always sit in zazen does not know that the purpose of zazen is to stop your monkey mind. Monkey mind is the mind that is jumping from thoughts to thoughts endlessly.
I think they don't even get the clue that zazen is just breath in and breath out and facing that wall. If you catch yourself thinking in zazen just go back to the breath, back to breath counting. That means stop the thoughts thats why you go to just breath awareness.

That's half right. Sitting in Zazen is to sit in the perfection that is Buddha. You don't try to stop your thoughts You honor them as they arise and let them go as they fall away You become awareness. You aren't stopping thoughts The act of sitting with your awareness on breathe gives you the proper conditions for the moment when thought stops naturally and emptiness abounds ... all things then become possible. Look deeper and find your true self. Don't get caught in traps .... hahaha

Something about peace. The extreme of peace. Not the best for your suffering, either.
