vertical line Posted on Dec.20.2012 @ 11:36AM EDT by justin
Daily i walk past the blind, the homeless, the mothers without a father, the scared, the very honest.

i do not know what i see, but i try to help.

then i see the Mercedes, all of em drive past and i know who is really better off.

but i do not think any one else knows ???

and then i see the bees hovering over the freshly cooked sweet banana, and i know who.

and i see the two mutes arguing in a language foreign to me, but as much home as any language could be.

grunts as eloquent as any the bard proposed.

vertical line the ones not happy with their sex,

the ones not happy with any sex,

(from both directions, and compunction)

the rat convulsing on my foot, (i not making this up)

the dog with the legs not long to move,

the laughter where there should not be,

the sky is the same as home
