Nan-in served tea. He poured his visitor's cup full, and then kept on pouring.
The professor watched the overflow...

If an enlightened being talks about enlightenment it is never understood. Only those who have been enlightened or who have experienced enlightenment will understand. I think it is impossible for those not yet enlightened to understand. Otherwise many would have been enlightened.
