BHADDEKARRATA-GATHA (poem on THE BEST WAY TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY)
Do not go after the past,
Do not lose yourself in the future.
For the past no longer exists,
And the future is not yet here.
By looking deeply at things just as they are,
In this moment, here and now,
The seeker lives calmly and freely.
You should be attentive today,
For waiting until tomorrow is too late.
Death can come and take us by surprise -
How can we gainsay it?
The one who knows
How to live attentively
Night and day
Is the one who knows
The best way to be independent.

just ticking no need for thinking at all.

For 2500 years no one is listening to the Buddha. Nobody knows how to listen because they are always thinking. They are thinking of what the Buddha has said...lol |

In my current opinion , the existence of human is cause by the polluted energy that known as desire , will , emotions etc ...this is " Self" . This self comprise of all emotions and these emotions creates "thinking nature".....human think because they wish to think , on the matter they wish to know , finding reason to fit their desire , searching to statisfy his need to know and knowing for reasons they already known..............In Buddhism , the "self" ....the the xause of human suffering / human existence ........
Siddharta's words is NOT only to be listened but is a great source leading to all question and answer in life ............Mr siddharta words is a great factor for self realization ...........to me , Mr Siddharta words had lead me to accept I am same and equal to all being , all being is a teacher to me and niothing belong to me ............and by this awareness , I see myself ....................and in a lenghtly process leading to accept myself naturally .
