The Buddha once taught the Bhikkhus about the All:

"I will teach you the All. Listen closely. What is the All? It is eye and visible object,
ear and sound, nose and scent, tongue and taste, body and feelings, mind and ideas.

In my current understanding of Buddhism , there is nothing I could help others even I donated all my organ because whatever I do regardless the nature is still resulted from my desire , my emotions , my will , my reasons for doing so ...still all is part of my learning process to discover myself ,. So in Buddhism nothing is " good " or bad , right or wrong , true or false as all my action or action by others is part of my learning process towards my acceptance of myself in a process freeing from myself back into nothingness .

Thks

So don't do anything, and there will be no problem according to your current understanding.

No doing anything is different then dont doing anything ....Buddhism is a process freedom from desire to do , no doing NOT to have intention / desire of not wanting to do ...........thanks avisitor for your interest to discuss with me again .

Yes, you're right. "Not doing something" is the same as "doing something" when desire is there. Charlotte Joko Beck put it this way:

"I don't think that we ever let go of anything. I think what we do is just wear things out. If we start forcing our mind to do something, we are right back into the dualism that we are trying to get out of." - Charlotte Joko Beck, Everyday Zen

So, just wear out all of your desires. Pay attention to them, and work with them until there is no more doing or not doing, and no more thinking about doing or not doing.

Then, everything that needs to be done gets done without "doing", and nothing is "not done".

If you're hungry, but you don't notice hunger because you're doing something else, then you did not eat because you ignored hunger.

If you eat, but you think about something else, like television, or some conversation, or what you'll do after you eat, then your body is eating incorrectly because you're ignoring eating while your mind is busy "not eating".

Either way, your tummy will surely complain.

It's like when you say "stop thinking" all the time. Which is a sure indication that you're THINKING "stop thinking" all the time. :-)

No, Zen is not as insane as that. Because when you think, you just think. And when you don't think, there is no "thinking" or "not thinking". :-)

It can be crap but not at all unnecessary.

Crap is what you get rid of after the body uses what it really needs. And just because the body can't use it for living, it goes back to earth so it can be used in other ways for living.

Nothing is unnecessary, and crap has a purpose. It can be a beautiful thing.
