Bhikkhus, what is ignorance?
Not knowing suffering,
Not knowing the origin of suffering,
Not knowing the cessation of suffering,
Not knowing the path leading to... continue...

As i understand you to be a man
who has grown weary of the world
i only think of you as not longing for
a tempory shelter

Saigyo

While living
be a dead man
be thoroughly dead
and behave as you like
and alls well

Bunan

Though not consciously trying to
guard the rice fields from intruders
the scarecrow is not after all standing
to no purpose

Bukkoku Kokushi

vertical line Saigyo - He can put down his sack, but he can't pick it back up and be on his way.

Bunan - What will he do with that sack?

Bukkoku Kokushi - He can pick it up after all. But what is it for?
