A monk asked the priest Kan-feng:
-Bhagavats in the ten directions got one straight road to Nirvana. I dare to ask where that road is?
Kan-feng lifted up his staff, drew a line in the air, and said:
-Here it is.

Life has a way of showing you the bits you might not have wanted to see. Clearly and honestly, is the way i will look pain and all, i can not choose i can not avoid.

i will smile at my own misgivings, and accept my own stupidity

vertical line The world is one upset after another. If you are not sensitive, you'll miss the upset thus you'll become the upset. That's stupid. First upset, only then can you settle down in a zazen. The opportunity for zazen is obvious.

Is easy for human to understand Buddhism but is a great challenge for human to accept it .......in my current understanding of Buddhism concept , sadness is same as joy , same as suffering , same as statisfaction etc a reflection of the mind ...........sadness is part of human culture , influenced by human knowledge ........you sad because you accepted what should be sad , you joy because you accept what makes you happy ..........................but as we progress into greater realization , we will realize that nothing is belong to us nor body even life ......so there is no one special , no special emotion for anyone or anything .....so if everything / everyone is same and equal .....all that happens is part of own journey what can makes us sad ?

Is easy for me to understand this ...but is very-very difficult to accept it , I am still full of pollutants , still have great love for my family / friends ...still loves life / body ....
