vertical line "What knows without knowledge is the true mind."

How can we understand our best?
If, you are here, then what matters if you're at your best or not?
Isn't being here, body and mind together the best you can be?
Isn't being here, body and mind together standard?
So, where are we all getting lost? In thought? In duty? In distractions? In affairs of the world?
Can you see with your eyes, hear with your ears, smell with your nose, taste with your tongue, touch with your body, feel with your mind?
