All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The mind is everything. What we think we become. - Buddha

vertical line True Nature is the blade that cuts through a fictional self. Emptiness will make you whole.

vertical line It seems to me that emptiness is our nature and it can be experienced, touched deeply and accepted fully and finally we can live peacefully with emptiness.

vertical line I do experience emptiness in this way, however it is not a permanent arrival. First there is the experience of IMPERMANENCE. Depending on what attachments I have to what has changed there is then SUFFERING, based on these attachments. The lack of trust in my attachments opens up the understanding that things are basically good as they are. When I rest in trusting things as they are rather than how I would prefer they are leads to EGOLESSNESS, which then leads to PEACE. IMPERMANCE TO SUFFERING TO EGOLESSNESS TO PEACE...

and again and again, no arrival, no loss, no gain...
