My question has always been ...
What does one do when another person who I see as me .. wrongs me with their actions and words??
Example would be at the job. The other person doesn't do their work so I must do it along with my work.
Do I do the work and shrug off having more burden??
Do I talk to the other person who I see as myself??
Two leaves on the same tree.
One provides food for the tree while the other saps it away????

sit_teh this question is for you

vertical line Cooperating with others is never perfect. But we can choose to listen to each other, which implies communicating our rights and wrongs, mindfully. You already see yourself in the other, so the last step is to listen to him/her. There is magic in pure listening, you'll see the work balance itself in no time. :)

.........
Sorry for interrupting.
But, ...
When there are people working together ...
One is not doing their work so you must do theirs and clean up after them too.
You talk to them but they continue to do the same.
If you stop doing their work then you get told by management to do it anyway.
No escape cause you are the new guy.
Then others see this and they add to the work that you must do.
The situation doesn't change.
The only thing that can change is you.
Do you see my meaning??
You can only change how you feel about it
You can only change how others see you
That's the lesson.
