Are you suffering.... because there is something you are not sure of.. it is nagging you all the time.. no matter why you try to avoid, forget and ignore it... it will surely haunt you to death...LOL... Even if you think you are enlightened and you know everything.. still.. you cannot find the stillness...LOL

Enlightened action allows one to acknowledge the lack of stillness without being disturbed. When sad you cry but that is all, it is left as it flows through. Ultimate kindness does not demand that one be inhumanly walled off from the world. Suffering is not the end of wisdom and compassion it is the beginning. Suffering holds the seed to the cessation of suffering. The gift of the cessation of suffering does not come by denying the existence of suffering, but by acknowledging, embracing then relinquishing.
