I think I have to explain what I mean by ... stop thinking... for almost no one understands it..
You are already thinking.... so just stop it... your mind is moving so just stop it...LOL... It is like a car or bus.. it is moving.. so put on the brakes...if it is not moving.. why put the brakes...LOL..
If your mind is not thinking... how can you stop thinking...LOL You can only stop what is moving... your mind or the bus...
But I think most minds has no brakes... they are always on automatic motion... thats the problem..LOL...
Maybe the main reason why people are so afraid to stop thinking because if you do.. you don't think .. you cannot find God anymore because God resides only in thoughts... God exists in thoughts... so if thoughts are gone then God is also gone too...LOL
Thought Stopping: Thought Stopping is the practice of noticing destructive or obsessive thoughts and consciously telling yourself to stop, then re-directing your thoughts in a more positive way.
This is the straight forward definition of Thought Stopping or "Stop Thinking"
Okay we understand, Leo. Thank you very much for showing us your practice.

I have seen that video before.. and I watched it again. She had an stroke .. and she experience oneness as she said.. that we are one. But then she said that the brain is separate.. the right lobe and the left lobe.. it will give you different experiences... the right gives you oneness and joyful experiences.. but the other side the left says not it is not. As I see it it is like God and the Devil always fighting... She said you have to choose which experience you like for yourself.. Again it is like choosing God or the Devil.. It seems to me she is recalling it from her conditioning... Isn't it in Zen there is no picking and choosing..?...LOL.. That is why I suspect her insight...LOL
