One day, a monk traveled into the mountain where Gensha Shibi resided
to see the Zen master and study Zen with him. The monk said to Gensha:
-I am a new comer, please be kind to tell me where I can enter the Zen gate.
Gensha... continue...

vertical line But where can we find peace?  What action can we take that is free of violence?  Even to breathe is to rip apart the molecules of the air.

vertical line I am within the world.  The world is within me.  What peace can be found when I am not at peace?

I think you must distinguish which peace you are talking about.
Peace among humans or peace at the molecular level.
Usually when most people talk about peace, it is about people getting along.
Having a sense of cooperation and nothing bad is going to happen.

If you talk about peace in Zen ... then it is a sense of no-self, emptiness or no sense of self.

vertical line :) I like compassion as much as the next person but I'd have compassion grow on me. Over night. I don't think so. Slowly but surely.

If you believe you can possess the lawn then you believe that those tanks belong to me.
I don't hold such beliefs.
Please remove them yourself.

vertical line Have they?  This net neutrality thing doesn't seem that dissimilar from forcing people off of public lands in the inclosure acts.
