vertical line For such a thing to happen, one must be available for it to happen
Spending days and nights in the basement playing video games won't change a thing.
Go find a group and practice with them. Live and learn.
Thanks for listening

vertical line Some time one moment is enough to change the life. Everyone face such type of moment in their life and really it fills our heart with happiness and unexplainable things.

vertical line Everything you do should be something you consider worth having done.
From wiping your butt playing a video game.
What you value , what you want for yourself , will come into the equation.
Looking for a milestone effort is fine too, but I doubt it will satisfy you 24-7 the rest of your life. Wouldn't you agree so far?

Some folks need someone else to value what they have done.. like someone else has more validity as a judge.. It seems to the self-observer that someone else having the opinion, is a more concrete thing, precisely because it is NOT of our own generation.
But frankly , If I said you did something 'worthwhile' I admit I
1) would be pretty careless about coming to that decison,
and 2), that I would probably forget in a few minutes that the issue ever came up.
Folks often promote values they think other folks should have- when its really none of their concern.
You should be making the call , and you should try to have a clear and solid opinion about just what it is that you really do value.

vertical line and I am not talking about setting lofty goals , that one really doesn't pursue, or the wishful values which other folks think they should have.
If you value your peace, well then you should pursue the meditation ,or the peaceful pursuits you lean toward really and actually.
If you value the rush of defeating the challenges of a game, well then this is REALLY the values you have.
Your values may be humble , or you may have set them grandiose.. but either way ,, making up phony values to attribute to yourself as your 'values' isn't going to help you in any way.
The task is self observance , the requirement is self honesty. and the goal is to find out what bestows value or meaning on your life.
And its surprisingly difficult.
