When a monk came to say good bye to Chao-chou Tsung-shen (778-897), a brilliant Chinese Ch'an master.
-Where will you go?
The monk answered:
-Any place where I can learn Buddha dharma.
moments in life are shared in sickness and in health, these moments can all be joyful. we offer our thoughts for those who suffer. but it is possible to offer instead our breath in those who need healing. by breathing for ourselves around those we love, they can benefit from our vital energy when they are weak. proximity doesn't matter in love or interbeing or intention. breathing strengthens our connection with the I and All.
