The Buddha once taught the Bhikkhus about the All:

"I will teach you the All. Listen closely. What is the All? It is eye and visible object,
ear and sound, nose and scent, tongue and taste, body and feelings, mind and ideas.

This is a wonderful page. The history of Zen Buddism is especially thorough, and the sire doesn't only concentrate on meditation, but rather all the aspects of Zen Buddhism.

I thought this was an excellent general introduction. It was a little too simple perhaps but mostly geared towards those who are younger or less educated. There is one error that bothered me though. There are many comparisons and proofs taken from the domain of medicine. Unfortunatly if threre is a psuedo-science it would be medicine. For example patients diagnosed with most mental disorders (not including organic brain syndromes and injuries) will recover as well with or without treatment. That is the rate of spontaneous recovery is equal to the rates provided by medical treatment. Medical practitioners have jumped the boat so to say. They took an approach known as science developed for the study of natural laws and presumed that they were advanced and knowledgable enough to apply it to people. Not that some medicine isn't beneficial. There are only a few improvments (and some declines) in comparison to ancient healing arts.
