CT:
No. None of what you have put down here has anything to do with it. All of them are just people's thoughts, properly, yours.

It is very simple and practical:
When working, just work.
When tired, just rest.
When hungry, just eat.
When thirsty, just drink.
When sleepy, just sleep.
When taking care of others, just take care of them.
When taking care of yourself, just take care of yourself...
Do each job at a time.

Visitor 2:
Welcome old man. But...too little words for an old and deluded man last months! Now I finally feel the smell of wet soil after the storm, out of my cave!

CT:
It is like the weather, isn't it?

When it rains heavily you get wet from top to toes.

When it is extremely hot, you get burned from toes to top.

And in both cases, you would hide yourself in your cave. Right?

Sometimes one word is too much and sometimes ten-thousand words are still too little.
